Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: BY PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE PURCHASING ACCESS TO DIGITAL SOFTWARE SERVICES AND NOT GUARANTEED MARKETING RESULTS. This Refund Policy forms part of the Grace Belgravia Terms of Use and applies to all subscriptions and paid plans offered via the Platform, operated by LOXA HOLDINGS LTD.

Application of This Policy

This Policy applies to all paid Plans including:

  • Self Service
  • Self Service + Influencer Sourcing
  • Concierge
  • Any annual or monthly subscription

The Platform is offered on a business-to-business basis. Users confirm they are acting in a professional capacity and not as consumers. Nothing in this Policy excludes statutory rights which cannot lawfully be excluded.

Digital Service Acknowledgement

Subscriptions grant access to digital software services immediately upon account activation. By subscribing, you expressly acknowledge that:

  • Access to digital services begins immediately upon activation.
  • You waive any cooling-off period to the extent permitted by law.
  • The service is deemed delivered upon activation of your subscription and account access.

No Refunds — General Rule

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds or partial refunds for:

  • Unused subscription time
  • Inactivity
  • Change in business circumstances
  • Failure to secure influencer collaborations
  • Dissatisfaction with campaign results
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with influencer content
  • Non-use of Platform features
  • Influencer non-delivery or disputes

Subscription fees remain payable for the entire billing period selected.

Auto-Renewals and Cancellations

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • It is your responsibility to cancel prior to renewal.
  • Failure to cancel prior to renewal does not entitle you to a refund.
  • Cancellation will stop future renewals but does not refund the current billing cycle.

Annual Plans

  • Annual subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable once activated.
  • Early cancellation of annual subscriptions does not entitle you to reimbursement.

Concierge Services

  • Concierge plans are subject to minimum commitment terms.
  • Fees paid for Concierge are non-refundable once service work has commenced.
  • Where Concierge involves sourcing work, strategic planning, outreach or negotiation, the service is deemed performed as professional time and effort is expended.
  • Dissatisfaction with influencer style, tone, audience engagement or subjective content outcomes does not entitle the Brand to a refund.

Influencer Performance Disclaimer

The Platform is not responsible for:

  • Influencer failure to deliver
  • Delays in posting
  • Algorithmic changes
  • Audience reactions
  • Conversions or sales outcomes

Influencer marketing results are inherently variable and outside our control.

Technical Issues

  • We use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability.
  • Temporary outages, bugs, maintenance interruptions or third-party service failures do not entitle users to refunds.
  • In rare cases of proven significant and sustained platform-wide outage, we may offer service credit at our sole discretion.

Service credits are non-cash and may only be applied toward future subscription fees.

Chargebacks and Payment Reversals

If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting us and allowing reasonable investigation:

  • We may immediately suspend your account.
  • We may dispute the chargeback and provide account logs as evidence of service delivery.
  • We reserve the right to recover administrative and legal costs incurred.

Chargebacks based on dissatisfaction with campaign results are considered abuse of this Policy. Repeated or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and potential recovery proceedings.

No Set-Off

You may not withhold or reduce subscription payments due to disputes with influencers or dissatisfaction with outcomes.

Data Retention After Cancellation

  • Upon cancellation or non-renewal, we may delete account data including campaign history and messages after a reasonable retention period.
  • It is your responsibility to export data prior to cancellation.
  • Deletion of data does not entitle you to a refund.

Fraud and Misrepresentation

If a subscription was obtained through fraudulent means, misrepresentation or unauthorised use of payment methods, we may terminate access without refund and pursue recovery action.

Exceptions

  • Refunds may be issued only where required by applicable law.
  • Any goodwill credit or adjustment is made strictly at our sole discretion and does not create precedent.

Limitation

Any refund request must be raised within 14 days of the billing date. Failure to raise issues within this time period may bar consideration.
